WATERCOLOR IN FLOW – TERMS OF SERVICE

By joining Watercolor In Flow, you agree to the following terms.

Membership & Access

  • Your $249 annual membership gives you immediate access to the video library, lessons, and live Q&A sessions.
  • Membership renews automatically each year unless you cancel.
  • You will receive email reminders before renewal.
  • You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing vinita@vinitapappas.com.

Refund Policy

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of joining if the program is not the right fit for you.
  • To request a refund, email vinita@vinitapappas.com.
  • After 7 days, no refunds are provided on annual memberships unless access is terminated by me (see Termination of Access below).

Content Usage

  • All videos, lessons, downloads, and materials are for your personal use only.
  • You may not share, distribute, copy, or resell any membership content.
  • All content remains the intellectual property of Vinita Pappas.

Account Use & Security

  • Your membership is for one individual only and may not be shared.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Community Guidelines

Watercolor In Flow is a supportive, respectful, and inclusive space. Members are expected to treat others with kindness and consideration. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. This program is designed to be a safe and encouraging environment for creative growth.

No Guarantees & Personal Responsibility

  • Watercolor In Flow provides art instruction and creative coaching for educational purposes only.
  • While many members experience growth and positive changes, results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual practice and commitment.
  • This program is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health care.

Limitation of Liability

  • Vinita Pappas is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in this program.
  • By participating, you agree to take full responsibility for your creative practice and well-being.

Termination of Access

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership if these terms are violated or if a member’s behavior is harmful to the community or learning environment. If access is terminated by me, a prorated refund will be provided for the remaining unused portion of the membership term.

Program Availability

Watercolor In Flow is offered as an ongoing membership. In the unlikely event that I am unable to continue offering the program, members will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their membership term.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, United States.
